Sunday Meal Plan Sept 23 2012

Meal Planning is really helping. Last week we didn’t stick to the plan whole heartedly again, but its nice to know we have a plan B all the time.

Monday – marinated and baked tenderloin, roasted potatoes, marinated salad.

Tuesday – Chicken Stir fry with spinach vermicilli

Wednesday – Chili with buns and veggies and dip

Thursday – Chicken cutlets, mashed potato, corn

Friday – fridays are our free day, whether its take out or just cereal for the kids.

I don’t plan weekends as I have lots of time to think about a meal that day and usually have family or some friends over so it has to be able to be free.
