Still going strong for the meal planning. Last week we pretty much stuck to the schedule and things worked out nicely. Because I am gone from house for 11 hours, I am finding its just a bit too long for some recipes to be left cooking. Im going to try and get someone to turn on the slow cooker at lunch time instead of 8:30 am.

Monday – Slow cooker Pork Chops

Tuesday – crockpot stew

Wednesday – No crockpot today. Just going to have subs and soup

Thursday – Crockpot meatballs.

Friday – Beer Crockpot Chicken

This week isn’t as busy as last so that is great. short meeting monday, fitness class starts wednesday, possible a supper out with friends on friday.
